BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Dover, Delaware.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and provide wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
