Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
