Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of their own homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Following up with and executing doctors' orders, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware
