Job Title: Benefits Account Manager

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Account Manager to manage and maintain relationships with our clients, ensuring their employee benefits programs are administered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships by providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, including enrollment processes, plan changes, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and discuss potential adjustments to their benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and other vendors to resolve any issues related to claims, billing, and coverage.
  • Keep clients informed about new products, services, and industry trends that may affect their benefits packages.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients regarding benefits plan options, compliance with regulations, and best practices in benefits administration.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on benefits plans performance, utilization, and satisfaction.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of client-specific communication strategies to enhance employee understanding and engagement with their benefits.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry changes and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the insurance or employee benefits industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that balance the needs of the client and the company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with benefits administration software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Current Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
