Job Overview:

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring their employee benefits programs are administered efficiently and effectively.

About the Position:

  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and be able to provide solutions that balance the needs of the client and the company.
  • You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the insurance or employee benefits industry.
  • A current Life and Health Insurance License is required; if you do not already hold this license, you must be willing to obtain it within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships by providing outstanding customer service and support.
