We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at PruittHealth Hospice. As a RN Hospice Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs a RN Hospice Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Completing evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
- Completing all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
- FOLLOWING ESTABLISHED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AS RELATED TO THE SCOPE OF PRACTICE
- Maintaining continuity of patient care in a hospice setting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
