Position Summary:
This entry-level role offers essential support to our service and parts department, encompassing the receipt and processing of incoming inventory and the organization of materials. Daily responsibilities will include fulfilling orders from stock, cross-docking, packing and shipping orders, and managing stock organization to meet productivity and quality standards.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute all tasks safely while promoting a culture of safety.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as order selectors and forklifts.
- Package products for shipment (including shrink wrapping and labeling).
- Load products for delivery.
- Organize parts within the warehouse for efficient storage.
- Sort and arrange materials on shelves and bins following a set sequence.
- Read and adhere to standardized work instructions and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Adapt to new tasks and changes in job duties as required.
- Complete assignments within specified timeframes to meet operational goals.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Consistently arrive on time to support operational efficiency.
This role requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, as well as bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching. Candidates should be able to lift or carry materials weighing over 20 pounds and occasionally navigate stairs.
