Position: Service Engineering Specialist

Compensation: $30 - $32 per hour

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% after initial training (Regional and Air Travel necessary)

Key Responsibilities:

- Seeking an individual capable of diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical challenges (Training will be provided on specific equipment).

- Responsible for the setup, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery both in-house and at client locations.

- Must possess the ability to travel as required.

- Strong communication skills are essential as interaction with clients will be frequent.

- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and equipment history within the CRM system.

- Ensure timely completion and submission of all necessary documentation to clients, sales teams, and service supervisors, attaching relevant information into the CRM for both in-house and client site work.

Your Duties Include:

  • Setting up, installing, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on machinery in-house or at client locations.
  • Providing all required documentation to clients, sales, and service supervisors, ensuring timely entry into the CRM system.
  • Traveling to client sites as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer and unit history in the CRM database.
  • Delivering precise and timely phone support.
  • Documenting interactions with clients and sales in a clear and concise manner within the CRM database.
  • Keeping workspaces organized and tidy, both in-house and at client locations.
  • Coordinating with other departments or personnel when their equipment is required.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree preferred or a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient technical skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with all travel points (airline and hotel) retained by the employee for personal use.
