Job Title: Survey Technician III

Washington County, OR is seeking a highly skilled Survey Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our Development Review section, you will be responsible for reviewing surveys and plats for compliance with applicable statutes and codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing surveys and plats for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable statutes and codes
  • Preparing and reviewing descriptions of real property
  • Assisting the public and agencies in need of right-of-way vacations
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in surveying, mathematics, geographic information systems, construction management, engineering, forestry, or related field
  • Two years of responsible experience in boundary, cadastral or construction surveying
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
