Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate metrology tools, including electron microscopes, Focused Ion Beam, and additional lab equipment.
  • Complete analytical requests in the client lab through collection of electron microscopy samples.
  • Perform tests and sampling, including setup and operation of metrology equipment.
  • Utilize client software to perform tasks, complete experiments, and sample analysis.
  • Provide reports and results of sampling and experiments.
  • Perform PM, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of lab equipment.
  • Support cross-functional teams in daily projects as required.
  • Use customer software to perform manual measurements per instructions.
  • Use customer software to identify SEM image features.
  • Physically transport wafers from one location to another and update wafer status.
  • Use customer software for die and wafer tracking.
  • Accurately locate wafers and load them into plastic FOUPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with semiconductor wafer fab environment, industry, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, lab protocol, and time management skills.
  • Support for 12-hour compressed work week schedule.
  • Night shift availability.
  • Direct experience using metrology equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • A.S or B.S degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, biology, mathematics, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related scientific area.
