Key Responsibilities:- Operate metrology tools, including electron microscopes, Focused Ion Beam, and additional lab equipment.
- Complete analytical requests in the client lab through collection of electron microscopy samples.
- Perform tests and sampling, including setup and operation of metrology equipment.
- Utilize client software to perform tasks, complete experiments, and sample analysis.
- Provide reports and results of sampling and experiments.
- Perform PM, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of lab equipment.
- Support cross-functional teams in daily projects as required.
- Use customer software to perform manual measurements per instructions.
- Use customer software to identify SEM image features.
- Physically transport wafers from one location to another and update wafer status.
- Use customer software for die and wafer tracking.
- Accurately locate wafers and load them into plastic FOUPs.
- Familiarity with semiconductor wafer fab environment, industry, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, lab protocol, and time management skills.
- Support for 12-hour compressed work week schedule.
- Night shift availability.
- Direct experience using metrology equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- A.S or B.S degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, biology, mathematics, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related scientific area.
