We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Vent Clinician. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care to ventilator patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and delivering high-quality respiratory services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical assessments and evaluations of ventilator patients, utilizing your expertise in respiratory therapy and ventilation management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, physicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless patient care and communicate effectively to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all interactions and interventions.
- Stay current with industry developments, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies while promoting AdaptHealth's compliance program.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or equivalent healthcare professional, with a valid RT clinical license in all serviced states.
- CPR certification is a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn new technologies.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds, perform repetitive movements, and work in potentially unsanitary conditions is essential.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
