We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Ventilation Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional respiratory care to patients requiring ventilator support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients requiring ventilator support, including assessments, interventions, and education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
  • Conduct home visits to assess patient condition, provide treatment, and educate caregivers on proper use of equipment and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program or equivalent experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by the branch.
  • One (1) year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license required.
