Your Role and Contributions
As a Process Engineer, you will leverage your analytical skills and creativity to collaborate with a talented team. Your contributions will include:
  • Championing safety enhancements and driving initiatives for cost and productivity improvements through Continuous Improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as Lean & Six Sigma, standard work development, and Kaizen events.
  • Offering technical guidance and troubleshooting support in daily operations to achieve production goals, including occasional availability during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Leading manufacturing efforts on designated product lines, which encompasses communication and execution of corrective measures to enhance customer satisfaction, maintaining process documentation, and managing changes to improve product and process understanding.
  • Working alongside local and divisional technical teams on projects aimed at refining manufacturing processes.
  • Effectively communicating project objectives and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this position, 3M requires the following minimum qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment, whether in private, public, government, or military sectors.
Additional qualifications that may enhance your success in this role include:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or chemical engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in data science or statistics within a manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with technology, PLCs/control systems, automation, robotics, and/or mechatronics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and knowledge of process control and statistics.
Work Environment:
  • Onsite in a collaborative setting.
Travel Requirements: May involve up to 5% domestic/international travel.

Relocation Support: May be available.

Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
