We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer - Process to join our team in Fond du Lac, WI. As a key member of our project team, you will develop process designs for Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) efforts on all Cheese, whey, and New Product Development projects. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions and designs that improve quality, reduce variation, and minimize risk.

• Develop process designs for FEED efforts on all Cheese, whey, and New Product Development projects
• Lead process design review efforts for all projects through each stage gate
• Update and develop process design standards and methods to ensure robust design development and reviews
• Drive innovative solutions and designs that improve quality, reduce variation, and minimize risk
• Mentor other Associates and provide technical expertise for key processes throughout the organization

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a related Engineering field
• Minimum of 10 years of related engineering experience
• Experience working with food processing facilities and design
• Adept project management skills with experience in complex projects
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and recommending improvements

• Project management certification and/or Professional Engineering license
• Knowledge of USDA, FDA, OSHA, and environmental regulations, codes, and standards
