Senior Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible and accountable for prospecting, evaluating, acquiring, and growing business opportunities that align with Ultra Soap International’s culture, mission, values, and goals. The SAE integrates other business units such as Finance and Operations into the sales process and manages the collaboration and information flow throughout the project sales cycle. The SAE plays an important role in supporting Ultra Soap International’s purpose by offering quality products, value and an elite customer experience through continuous improvement, integrity, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent year over year growth
- Demonstrate daily/weekly prospecting for new customers
- Develop sample presentations after gathering data and defining target customers
- Update sales and budget metrics within our CRM and other appropriate platforms
- Identify, prepare and implement additional standard operating procedures, as needed
- Participate in weekly company huddle and sales meetings
- Manage the collaboration and information flow throughout the sales cycle
- Provide value to prospects to earn their trust in you
- Deliver KPI outcomes that are aligned with your sales budget (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

- Communicate in an articulate (verbal), easily understood manner and convey ideas and facts using language the Client and resources best understand
- Present information clearly, concisely, and logically, focusing on key points
- Be concise and grammatically correct

- Comprehends Safety Data Sheets and product descriptions, identifies potential pitfalls and articulates those to the team
- Anticipates impacts and risks of decisions and actions and how they impact the bottom line
- Utilizes Ultra Soap International’s Sales Process while navigating the Sales cycle
