Dining Room Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dining Room Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional dining and table services to residents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with training team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about our dining services and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with special events and functions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards.
- Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
