Compensation and Benefits

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, you can expect a competitive salary of $300,000 for a 1099 contractor or hospital-employed position. Our benefits package includes:

  • 13 weeks of paid time off per year, including sick leave and CME days
  • $12,500 annually for student loan assistance
  • Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance

  • Malpractice coverage for hospital-employed CRNAs and partial coverage for 1099 contractors
Responsibilities and Facility Details

As a CRNA at our hospital, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients in a variety of settings. Our hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that offers a range of services, including:

  • OB deliveries
  • Ortho and endoscopic procedures
  • Pediatric cases are rare, with an average of 270 deliveries per year
  • On-call is 1 in 4 weeks, with mostly OB deliveries
  • Monday-Friday OR times, 7:00 am-2:00 pm, with normal discharge by 1:00 pm
Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a CRNA with the following qualifications and skills:

  • National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification
  • New graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

  • J1 and H-1B visa candidates will be considered
