Compensation and Benefits

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, you can expect a competitive salary of $300,000 for a 1099 contractor or hospital-employed position. Our benefits package includes:

  • 13 weeks of paid time off per year, including sick leave and CME days

Responsibilities and Facility Details

As a CRNA at our hospital, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients in a variety of settings. Our hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a Monday-Friday OR schedule from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. On-call is 1 in 4 weeks, with mostly OB deliveries. We average 270 deliveries per year and perform a range of cases, including orthopedic and endoscopic procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a CRNA with a strong background in anesthesia care and a passion for working in a rural setting. Requirements include:

  • National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification
  • New graduates and experienced candidates welcome

  • J1 and H-1B visa candidates will be considered
