Job Summary
The Baptist Health System KY & IN is seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Specialist-Full-Time to join our team. This position will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining grant activities and the Baptist Health Integrated Care Network (BHICN).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison for the BHICN and Network partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain grant required activities within the Network, including organizing and leading monthly meetings with network members.
- Support network activities and grant goals, utilizing critical thinking and objective modes of reasoning.
- Assist in completing grant reports as directed, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Ensure Positive customer relations and interactions, demonstrating leadership by living the organization's core values.
- Handle sensitive or protected information/materials in a HIPAA compliant manner.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be organized and have computer skills for spreadsheets and grant reporting requirements.
- Knowledge or interest in data collection is essential, with the ability to complete multiple tasks and stay organized.
