Job Summary

The Baptist Health System KY & IN is seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Specialist-Full-Time to join our team. This position will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining grant activities and the Baptist Health Integrated Care Network (BHICN).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison for the BHICN and Network partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain grant required activities within the Network, including organizing and leading monthly meetings with network members.
  • Support network activities and grant goals, utilizing critical thinking and objective modes of reasoning.
  • Assist in completing grant reports as directed, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Ensure Positive customer relations and interactions, demonstrating leadership by living the organization's core values.
  • Handle sensitive or protected information/materials in a HIPAA compliant manner.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be organized and have computer skills for spreadsheets and grant reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge or interest in data collection is essential, with the ability to complete multiple tasks and stay organized.
