Program Specialist-Full-Time

The Program Specialist is designated to work directly with the Director and Grant Manager to establish and maintain grant activities and the Baptist Health Integrated Care Network (BHICN). This Position is responsible for acting as the liaison for the (BHICN) and Network partners, as well as maintaining grant required activities within the Network.  This position will include organizing and leading monthly meetings with network members. Will Support network activities and grant goals Assist and complete grant reports as directed Use critical thinking to practice objective modes of reasoning and action Ensure Positive customer relations and interactions Demonstrates leadership by living the organizations core values in a consistent manner Handles sensitive or protected information/materials in a HIPAA compliant manner May have other duties as assigned

I. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required

High school graduate or equivalent, Bachelors’ degree preferred.  Must be organized and have computer skills for spreadsheets and grant reporting requirements. Knowledge or interest in data collection is essential. Must be able to complete multiple tasks and stay organized to ensure that all grant reporting needs are being addressed.
