IT Systems Specialist

Grace Health is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Specialist to join our team. As an IT Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, implementing, and troubleshooting computer systems, as well as maintaining network computers, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure hardware and software packages
- Implement and maintain virus protection software, spyware, and firewall protection
- Configure and maintain servers and networking equipment
- Use command line tools and Windows Registry to monitor and troubleshoot systems
- Perform OS and software updates as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on computers as needed
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- A+ and/or Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency using command line tools and Windows Registry
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Scripting/Programming knowledge
- Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and be accountable
- Demonstrate time management and organization skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn and apply new technical knowledge
- Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related problems encountered by healthcare providers
- Knowledge of technologies, technical languages, browsers, platforms, and applications
- Demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for a diverse population
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent and one or more industry certifications
- One year of documented experience working in the Information Technology field, installing, implementing, and/or troubleshooting computer systems
