Joining us as an ACES Lending Officer signifies the beginning of a transformative experience where you will receive extensive training to successfully navigate the SAFE and National Licensing examinations. Throughout this program, you will gain a thorough understanding of the lending sector, encompassing both mortgages and HELOCs, while working closely with our skilled training and sales leadership teams. Our goal is to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in the dynamic lending industry, establishing a solid foundation for a successful and rewarding career as a Licensed Lending Officer.

We seek candidates who prioritize customer satisfaction, are adept with technology, take initiative, and excel in building strong sales relationships. While prior lending experience is not mandatory, a proven sales record demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets is essential.

**Requirements:**
  • **Sales Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals is REQUIRED. Call center sales experience is highly preferred.
  • **Location:** Must be able to work full-time.
  • **Licensing Requirements:** Ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage requirements for obtaining state and national licenses.
  • **Customer Engagement:** Demonstrated ability to connect with clients through phone presentations and build strong client relationships.
  • **Dependability:** Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial, along with a collaborative attitude and a willingness to embrace coaching for continuous improvement.
  • **Education:** A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

The base pay is just one component of our total compensation package for ACES Lending Officers. The base hourly rate for this role is $20/hour during training, supplemented by a monthly per origination bonus incentive once you are licensed and engaging with customers.

Following the ACES Training, you will transition to the Licensed Lending Officer position, which includes an hourly minimum wage draw plus a lucrative bonus structure based on fundings. If you transition to a Licensed Lending Officer, a new compensation structure will be shared at that time.
