Account Executive Opportunity at American Heritage Lending

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at American Heritage Lending. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist new brokers with American Heritage Lending approval and onboarding process.
  • Educate mortgage brokers on loan products, pricing, and point of contact.
  • Communicate with accounts daily to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
  • Train mortgage brokers on loan submission and American Heritage Lending processes.
  • Set expectations for brokers on understanding the loan process.
  • Assist in resolving broker questions and concerns.
  • Manage broker performance and communicate results with American Heritage Lending Leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales experience.
  • Ability to conduct and attend web meetings and conference calls.
  • Basic knowledge of Non-QM, Bridge, DSCR-Business Purpose, Fix/Flip.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint programs.
  • Proficient with Encompass/LON.
  • Ability to attend trade shows and seminars as needed.
