Prairie Ridge Health is on the lookout for a committed professional to enhance our Respiratory Therapy Department in the capacity of Certified Respiratory Care Specialist. This role is PRN and will encompass conducting evaluations to ascertain individual respiratory treatment needs, formulating tailored care strategies, implementing therapies and diagnostic procedures, coordinating care, and assessing the effectiveness of treatments...
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations to determine respiratory care needs
- Create individualized care strategies
- Deliver therapies and diagnostic procedures
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist
- Valid license in Wisconsin
- CPR Certification
- ACLS Certification preferred
Work Schedule:
- PRN (as needed)
- Shift: Flexible, Monday - Friday
- On-call rotation including 1 day shift per month, 1 weekend day/month, 1 full weekend every other month, 1 holiday/year
