Responsibilities:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Collecting and monitoring patient care data, including patient conditions and family dynamics.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Evaluating patient care outcomes and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Documenting all aspects of patient care in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma from an accredited vocational nursing program.
- A current state license to practice as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
- Preferred experience of two or more years in acute care or rehabilitation settings.
- Current CPR certification and preferred ACLS certification.
