Roundhouse Communities LLC is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance, leasing, and resident relations, while developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure the property is kept in good condition.
  • Handling resident complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing rent collection and ensuring all financial obligations are met.
  • Preparing monthly and annual reports on property performance, including financial statements and occupancy rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of previous experience as a Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or successful completion of a management-focused Roundhouse development program.
  • Must have a real estate license or obtain one within 120 days of employment if required by state law.
  • Great supervisory and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
