Project Manager

As a Project Engineer with Condon-Johnson & Associates, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in construction project management and geotechnical engineering. Your responsibilities will include preliminary design, estimating, layout, data acquisition, scheduling, and quality control. You will work closely with the District Manager and be part of a team that values continuing education and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job site management and coordination
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Conduct site investigations and data collection
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure project quality
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Desire to learn and grow with the company
