About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology team as a Clinic Resource Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Gastroenterology Division in providing efficient patient care delivery, effective communication, and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Safety team to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest gastrointestinal conditions, procedures, and treatment modalities to provide expert care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Strong understanding of gastrointestinal conditions, procedures, and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
