Job Overview

As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through exceptional customer service and value-based conversations.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and provide exceptional service
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
