Job Title: Sales Associate - Underwear Store

At PVH Corp., we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development for all associates. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Calvin Klein Underwear store.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and promotions to effectively communicate value and build brand loyalty.
  • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers.
  • Embracing individuality, inclusion, and partnership, build relationships and seek out feedback for continuous self-development.
Requirements:
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
