Join Our Team as a Sales Associate at Ontario International Airport

Hudson, North America's leading travel retailer, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Ontario International Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management to ensure seamless operations
  • Know the store layout to assist customers in selecting products and answer questions about the entire store
  • Effectively operate a cash register and follow all company policies, cash handling procedures, and special store loss prevention procedures
  • Communicate pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues with management
  • Protect all company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms, and isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products and returns
  • Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment, including sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal
  • Place stock orders, receive freight, load, and unload trucks, and provide ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
  • Assist in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to lift 40-60 pounds and work in an environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold
  • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
