Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
  • Source and procure materials and products from contract manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery, and price competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks and opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in materials management, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Purchasing.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of modern ERP or IMS systems, such as MISys and QuickBooks.
  • Experience working with a global supplier base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
