VACANCY NOTICE
Willamette Education Service District is seeking a qualified Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist to join our Special Education Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience working with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing in a variety of educational settings
Develop and implement communication plans to ensure effective communication between students, teachers, and staff
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to provide comprehensive support to students
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in communication access

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience working with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
