Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicates service requirements, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen and management during meal service.
  • Prepares the serving area and dining space for service, ensuring that all tables are properly set.
  • Monitors portion sizes, food presentation, and adherence to quality standards, including checking and recording food temperatures.
  • Conducts cleanliness inspections of dining ware before use.
  • Maintains a clean work environment throughout service hours.
  • Adheres to all company policies regarding safety and hygiene, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and upholds confidentiality regarding company information.
  • Greets and engages with all guests according to company standards, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Builds and nurtures positive relationships with team members.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $14 to $15 per hour.
