About the Role
Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Client Relations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying healthcare relationships within our regional territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer sources through regular contact and follow-up procedures
- Act as the key contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution
- Responsible for developing and working a yearly business plan for the region that includes strategies for exceeding established budgets and goals
- Represent CHI Health at Home in relevant professional organizations and in the community
Qualifications
- Health care professional credential, Bachelors degree or comparable business experience required
- Minimum of one year of related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare/medical field or patient transportation
- Valid Drivers license and Current Auto Insurance
