Job Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Install electrical wiring systems in commercial and residential type buildings.
  • Work with various types of electrical systems, including branch circuit wiring, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, panel boards, and equipment for building distribution power.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and complete construction site activities.
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications to translate into installation of wiring systems.
  • Operate tools and equipment associated with the electrical field.
  • Take direction and work as part of a productive team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction and modernization of commercial and residential facilities.
  • Previous hands-on experience with installation of medium voltage systems, underground duct banks, switch gear, and MCC's.
  • Valid State of Maine Electrician's Journeyman or Master license.
  • Willingness to take training to improve any facet of the electrical industry.
