Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical systems and components, including bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and motors on large-scale industrial machinery.
- Adjust and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as variable speed drives and conveyors.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as required.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- A two-year technical diploma or degree in a Mechanical or Maintenance discipline, along with a minimum of seven years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in interpreting equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing various equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional skills that would enhance your candidacy include:
- Over ten years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance support within a heavy-duty environment.
- Experience with electrical systems and devices.
- Familiarity with advanced alignment tools and techniques.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior technicians.

This position is based in a heavy industrial setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and physical demands.
