Position Summary:

The Project Management Specialist will serve as the primary contact for all capital expenditure project administration within Lactalis American Group. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and proper flow of documentation throughout the approval process and the project's lifecycle. The specialist will be responsible for communicating project status updates to both plant and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation for capital expenditure (Capex) initiatives, including maintaining, updating, and developing management documents to track and follow up on project status.
  • Receive, verify accuracy, store, and relay Capex documents (Purchase Orders, Invoices & completion forms) to the next steps or return them to the originator for corrections during the approval process.
  • Communicate Capex key performance indicators (KPIs) to plants, engineering teams, and management.
  • Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings for corporate and plant engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with plant accounting teams.
  • Play an active role in the annual budgeting process.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements.

Experience:
