Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA services directly under the supervision of a qualified Supervisor/BCBA.
  • Collect and document data on client goals as outlined in their treatment plans.
  • Provide services in various environments, including homes, schools, and community settings, for individuals with autism or related disabilities.
  • Utilize positive behavior support strategies as directed by Supervisors and BCBAs to address challenging behaviors.
  • Support caregivers through training and assistance as required.
  • Punctually attend scheduled sessions and conclude them on time.
  • Timely submission of timecards and clinical notes in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with Supervisors and BCBAs.
  • Adhere to ethical standards in ABA service delivery and comply with company policies.
  • Assist in training new hires by providing shadowing opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Education: Enrollment in college or completion of some college coursework.
  • A strong commitment to making a positive and lasting impact.
  • Availability of at least 10 hours during most afternoons and evenings (sessions typically occur between 3:00 pm-8:00 pm).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations, with compensation for travel time.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment physical examination, and required immunizations during onboarding.
