Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, deliver exceptional service, and ensure a positive experience
  • Operations Support: Assist managers in supervising tasks of crewmembers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring site cleanliness
  • Promotions and Sales: Explain and recommend loyalty and rewards membership programs to retail customers
  • Safety and Security: Safely utilize car wash equipment and chemicals, guide customers through the tunnel experience, and ensure their safety while entering or exiting the tunnel
Requirements:
  • Team Player: A team player who creates joy for each customer experience
  • Previous Experience: Previous retail, team leadership, or car wash experience preferred
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and professionalism required
  • Availability: Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Age and Background Screening: Minimum of 16 years of age and able to pass a contingent background screening
Compensation and Benefits:
