Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Manager to join our Apple Services Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting leadership in planning and executing strategic organizational development initiatives and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leadership in planning and developing agendas for recurring strategic and operational meetings, including weekly staff meetings.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews, planning meetings, and offsites, including setting agendas, partnering with presenters on content, and coordinating logistics.
  • Drive adoption and measure the impact of standard practices and tools across the organization.
  • Oversee and lead key organizational tasks, such as space planning, growth planning, headcount planning, and fiscal budget planning, in partnership with finance and admin teams.
  • Identify cultural areas for improvement and develop initiatives to address them, in partnership with the People Team and Learning & Development experts.
  • Develop and drive communication plans, including All Hands, blogs, leadership updates, and internal documentation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Business Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with people across functions, levels, and locations.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects effectively in a fast-paced and global team.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for various audiences.
  • Curious, flexible, and a dedicated problem solver, with a strong sense of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with software engineering organizations.
  • Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other Apple tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
