Job Description

BBSI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative-selling and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with the branch team to align prospects and move them into closing and onboarding
  • Understand BBSI's target client base and focus business development efforts accordingly
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the ASO or Payroll services industry
  • Proven track record of being a top sales performer
  • Strong analytical, negotiating, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000-105,000 annually
  • Incentive pay based on performance
