Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the branch team to align prospects and move them into closing and onboarding
Key Performance Indicators
  • Find, engage, and close new client prospects
  • Build a channel of referral partner relationships that effectively generates qualified leads
  • Develop new business by conducting business development meetings and building a referral partnership network
  • Manage and coordinate sales calls, client meetings, and business unit schedules
  • Outline and execute on a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Work with branch team to align prospects and move them into closing and onboarding
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a top performer in sales, preferably in ASO or Payroll services, PEO sales, or commercial insurance sales
  • Proven track record of being a top sales performer
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with valid automobile insurance
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-105,000 annually, with factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications affecting starting pay. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the Company's plan.

The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, health savings account, flexible savings account, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, accidental death and dismemberment, life insurance, and more.

Paid Time Off: 40 hours of paid sick leave annually, vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
