  5. Utilize the 10/5 rule: make eye contact and smile from 10 feet away, greet and engage from 5 feet away.

  7. Stay informed about hotel services and events to assist guests effectively.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  9. Maintain a calm and creative demeanor in all situations to foster confidence among guests and coworkers.
  10. Contribute to a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable workplace environment.
  11. Ensure operational excellence by consistently delivering high-quality service and products.

Required Skills and Experience:
