Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at Vancouver Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to animals and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Our hospital is located in the heart of Vancouver, WA, offering a unique blend of urban and natural environments. We pride ourselves on our supportive management and talented team, creating a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, with a valid certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT) and at least one year of experience working in a veterinary hospital. A high school diploma or equivalent associate degree is also required.

In this role, you will assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgeries, while also educating clients on animal care and nutrition. You will maintain accurate medical records, manage hospital supplies, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the hospital.

As a Veterinary Technician, you will work independently and exercise good judgment, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine through ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
