Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Systems Developer to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our electrical engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing electrical systems for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical design principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical designs for various projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and electrical design software.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
