At HDR, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an employee-owner, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and making a positive impact on the world.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis, and at least 10 years of experience in electrical design of buildings. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is also required.

You'll be responsible for coordinating the work of Electrical Engineers, establishing client relations, and participating in marketing, design, and production meetings. Additionally, you'll assume the electrical lead on many projects, participate in reviews with governing agencies, and conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions.
