Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily production activities to guarantee efficient workflows and superior output.
  • Establish and enforce production timelines, track progress, and adjust as necessary to achieve production targets.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and minimize expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and organizational policies.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a team of production personnel, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Evaluate production metrics and compile reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
  • Over 20 years of experience in production management.
  • A minimum of 5 years in sheet metal manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing production operations and leading teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance standards, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to develop and execute process improvements while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
