Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $87,636.99 and $119,770.56 per year, with a pay range of up to $135,835.34.
About the Role:
The 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization Center's Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the overall clinical quality and oversight of the center's services, meeting regulatory and accreditation standards. This role requires a strong understanding of the needs of the served population, including Alaska Native people and American Indians.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to support staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology
- Current Alaska clinical licensure in the designated field
- Three years of clinical experience post-licensure in a multidisciplinary environment
