About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled LPN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Amsterdam Nursing Home, a 5-star rated facility located in the heart of New York City. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide excellent patient care.
  • Collect and record resident information, including vital signs and temperature.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Monitor resident food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (Associate's degree with relevant experience may be considered).
  • Current valid NY State LPN license.
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry.
Benefits:
  • $35.38 base rate with 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts ($45/hr non-union).
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new graduates.
